Hey all, it's time for another Cellar Dweller Flames of War tournament and this one is going to be the first one hosted at Mighty Titans. This will be a qualifier for the 2011 Flames of War nationals tournaments.
Date: August 15th.
Schedule:
Game 1 (No Retreat): 10 AM - 12:30 PM
Lunch: 12:30 - 1:30
Game 2 (Night Assault): 1:30 - 3:30
Break: 3:30 - 3:45
Game 3 (Domination): 3:45 - 5:45
Results/Prizes: 5:45 - 6:00
Yes, I realize there's more time for the first mission. We figured this would be prudent since it's a defensive battle. Write ups of the missions will be handed out at the tournament. I will also try to get them all posted here for anyone who hasn't seen them before.
The list format will be:
Mid-War
Africa theme, meaning lists must be from either the Afrika or North Africa books.
1500 points.
2 lists, HQ and Combat elements must be the same for both lists, weapons and support can vary.
We'll be aiming for 18 players but hopefully we can push it to 24 so we can qualify a few people. I will be running the event.

I've installed a new calendar feature for the website. Once I'm done configuring it, club organizers will be able to post all Cellar Dweller events to this calendar. The calendar can be viewed by either clicking on the mini-calendar on the left or the Calendar link in the top menu (next to the Forum link). This will be an easy way to keep on top of upcoming Cellar Dweller events! The 40k tournament event that's currently on the calendar for March 27th is a real event, not just a test, I hope to see you all there. |

The Cellar Dwellers will be running the first Flames of War tournament at Mighty Titans (formerly Tower) Hobbies and Games on April 10th.
Period: Late War
Points: 1750
